In early 2021, Lanes-i approached TrouDigital to supply a digital signage network across their new offices with the goal of boosting internal communications.
Lanes-i part of Lanes Group PLC is a niche infrastructure service provider designing and building super-fast fibre telecoms across the UK. With a large office and a fast-growing team, flawless internal communications are essential to Lanes-i’s efficient operation.
With no current solution in place at the new office space, TrouDigital were chosen as the digital signage provider for this growing, publicly trading organisation.

The Initial Goals
Before Lanes-i approached TrouDigital, they had no solution in place to quickly disseminate information across their large, new office space to their employees. To ensure a successful project, Lanes-i had some initial goals:
Ability to quickly disseminate information across a large office space
Ability to control video walls in various screen configurations (one screen playing a live data dashboard and 2 screens playing video content)
To visualise live data via digital dashboards around the office
Remotely control screen content from a central location
The Digital Solution Implemented
To achieve Lane-i’s vision of being able to quickly disseminate information across their office space TrouDigital implemented the following:
Introduced Android media Players to alleviate content deployment around the office space
Pre-installed TeamViewer remote support to maximise screen up-time through off-site support
Set up specialist content templates for video walls to facilitate easy content creation
Worked with high-end design agency MPL interiors to ensure a seamless, modern screen solution
Sent on-site engineers to oversee a specialist installation
