The challenge
Before TrouDigital, the Science Park was facing two main challenges:
Inefficient communication channels
The Science Park needed to improve their communication with residents, but their print-based system was slow and caused frustration. They wanted a more efficient and engaging way to connect with residents and sought a solution that would streamline the communication process and allow them to remotely update key information.
Inadequate navigation and wayfinding
The Science Park had difficulty with visitors and delivery drivers getting lost among the 20 buildings and 100 companies. This caused interruptions and delays, and the Science Park needed an effective solution for visitors to easily find the correct company without fuss.
Digitalising internal communication
With TrouDigital, the Science Park is able to streamline their communications processes and effectively engage residents by displaying key messages and important updates on screens across the campuses.
Whereas it used to take the Science Park over an hour to update its posters across the Park, the screens can be updated “just by pressing a button”.

Faster navigation with digital wayfinding
A brand new digital wayfinding solution was also implemented at the Science Park. Now, the Science park can eliminate delays by visitors, delivery drivers, and interviewees getting lost among the 20 buildings and 100+ companies located across its multiple campuses.
Through interactive maps on digital kiosks placed strategically across the park, users can easily find out how to get to their destination.

The results of going digital
