The Initial Goals
Before M&D Care came to TrouDigital, they had no solution in place for sending information quickly to their care homes. Before TrouDigital embarked on the project there were some key goals.
To effectively deploy key information and updates to staff and residents at multiple sites
Reduce content deployment time through the ability to send messages to multiple sites from a single location
Improve operations efficiency through being able to update messages remotely across all sites, even if staff are working from home
The Digital Solution Implemented
To achieve M&D Care’s goals of improving their communications across their large number of sites TrouDigital implemented the following:
Android media Players to assist the marketing and communication team’s content deployment
Pre-installed TeamViewer remote support to maximise screen up-time through off-site support
Introduced TrouDigital’s Content-Management-System to facilitate easy content creation
Provided ongoing support, ensuring the solution is being used to its full potential
